This suburban Milwaukee seat includes portions of Pewaukee, Waukesha and Brookfield. It is a safe Republican seat.

THE NUTSHELL

Rep. Adam Neylon, R-Pewaukee, faces a challenge from Democrat Sarah Harrison, a small business owner from Brookfield. First elected to the Assembly in a 2013 special election, Neylon co-chairs the Legislature’s powerful Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules. Given the partisan skew of the district, Neylon is a strong favorite to secure another term.

PRIMARY RESULTS

Both Neylon and Harrison advanced. Neither had an opponent.
