Jeannine Bindl joined Wisconsin Watch as chief of staff in March 2026. She leads execution of cross-functional strategy and operations that support Wisconsin Watch’s independent journalism and its mission to make the communities of Wisconsin strong, informed and connected. Her work includes strengthening the systems, relationships and planning that support the organization’s revenue, audience, philanthropy, people operations and board governance. Before joining Wisconsin Watch, Bindl partnered with founders, CEOs and leadership teams on strategic HR, organizational development and executive coaching. She helped launch an HR service line and advised mission-driven organizations on employee relations, performance management, goal setting, compensation and organizational culture. She also has experience in board leadership. Bindl is a SHRM Certified Professional and certified emotional intelligence coach. She brings a people-centered approach to building the trust, clarity and organizational capacity mission-driven teams need to do their best work.
