THE DISTRICT

The 63rd Assembly District lies in between Racine and South Milwaukee, including parts of the village of Caledonia to the southeast and encompassing Franklin toward the northwest. It is a likely Republican seat.

THE NUTSHELL

Rep. Robert Wittke, R-Racine, is the only candidate vying for this likely Republican seat. He is moving into this district after being drawn into the safe Democratic 62nd District. First elected in 2018, Wittke serves as co-chair of the Joint Legislative Audit Committee.

PRIMARY RESULTS

Wittke advanced. He did not face an opponent.
